Premium Funding - Option3

 

The combination of Option 1 & 2 has the assets required by the lender being held by the Separate Managed Account (SMA) within the Private Placement Life Insurance -  PPLI.  This provides for tax free growth on the assets themselves while making them available to the lender as collateral for the premium finance loan.
